Nine pages of excerpts from the John Hart's Monster Plot Report, and an edited copy of the report. The report was edited by CIA because of excessive "dramatic rhetorical phrases" and likely in response to CIA's fear (shared with the report's author) that the report was libel.
Readers are encouraged to not take the report at face value, and to read the detailed refutation written by Yuri Nosenko's actual CIA handler. While the report attacked those who doubted Nosenko's bona fides, including his CIA handler, it did not address the actual facts of the case.
